Disclaimer All of our toys are handmade using Balsa wood and other rabbit safe hardwoods. We use wood and materials that have been noted to be safe for rabbits. We cut the shapes, flavor the wood and finish each toy ourselves. This adds to the uniqueness of each toy. We have checked with local agencies and our toys have not required any additional testing or approval. However, our Apple Treats are regulated and approved by our states Department of Agriculture. Please remember when introducing any new toy to your bunny that you should do so under close supervision. Since our toys are flavored some bunnies may be so excited with our wood pieces that they will want to sit and chew the entire toy in one sitting. It is up to you as the bunny parent to decide if your bunny should consume the entire toy in one sitting. Keep in mind our wood is flavored using real fruit and fruit juice that naturally contain sugar. Return Policy If any of your items arrive to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a replacement toy. We do not accept any toys or treats for return for any other reason. We cannot resale these types of toys or treats for the safety of other bunnies. Privacy Policies We do ask for your address, phone number and e-mail address when placing an order. We ask for your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you regarding your order. We do not collect your personal information for any purpose other than to process your orders. We will not sell, rent or lease your contact information to anyone.
